about this guy…

Yo, I’m Rob Duenas, and I recently wrapped up an epic run on Spawn Kills Every Spawn. Spawns, Violators, and absolute mayhem were my playground as I brought pages packed with explosive action, gnarly details, and pure over-the-top insanity to life. Whether it’s fiery battles or twisted chaos, Spawn’s world let me unleash my creativity in ways I’ll never forget.

Before diving into Spawn’s hellish playground, I made my mark on some legendary gaming projects. I brought my style to Berserk Boy, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, the sadly canceled Crash Bandicoot 5, Overwatch 2, and Spyro Reignited Trilogy. These projects gave me the chance to mix my love for games with bold, dynamic art that connects with fans across the globe. Looking back even further, my journey started in gaming magazines, where I poured my passion into spreads and covers. My art was featured in GameFan (2010-2011), Play Magazine, Girls of Gaming Magazine, Mega Visions Magazine, and even a cover for Game Informer. Those years sharpened my skills and laid the groundwork for everything I do now.

These days, when I’m not cranking out client work, I’m running Sketchcraft, my YouTube channel where I geek out about art and creativity. Whether it’s ink-stained fingers, chaotic acrylic layers, or colored pencils flying everywhere, I share the messy, real process behind making killer visuals. I also host the Sketchcraft Shout-Out!!, where I shine a spotlight on cartoonists and celebrate their work. From comics and art books to animated movies, shows, and amazing Instagram profiles, it’s all about giving props to the artists who inspire us. From gaming icons to Spawn’s fiery apocalypse, I’m here to make art that grabs your attention and sticks with you.

Be bold and keep cartooning!
